Falls under a 'business jargon' at best (<3 wikipedia). Can't believe I only just consciously realised that. Everyones' 'bandwidth' (i.e. your download and upload rate in bits/sec) is artificially limited by your supplier to manage demand on their back end and on the infrastructure etc. Unfortunately, some people also have artificial limits imposed on the total data they can transfer per month. Usually just on the downstream (aka. incoming data). Which sucks balls. And I recommend anybody to find an alternative supplier if they possibly can. Also, paying per megabyte on phones et al sucks juicy bull balls. Sorry for the diversion...
