In Response To: If I were Bungie... (stan) : I hope Bungie is producing Pimps at Sea. I hope they announce on Thursday : that their Next Project is Pimps at Sea. I hope they sweeten the : announcement with awesome screens or maybe even a trailer. I hope that : everyone disregards the announcement as just another in a long line of : Pimps at Sea April Fools Jokes. And I hope that in about a year and a : half, Bungie hits us with a totally unexpected broadside by shipping Pimps : at Sea for real. : I would totally do that if I were Bungie. There's really no good reason not : to. If they don't, I will. Maybe I'm in a bad mood, but personally the Pimps at Sea joke isn't funny anymore. Especially for April Fools--too predictable and already done. It's the whole PC Gamer Coconut Monkey Gravy Trader joke.. Pimps at Sea isn't funny to me any more. From a quick search, 2001, 2003, 2004 (maybe? old Bungie links don't work), 2005, 2007. There could be more, but that's what I was able to pull up given the lack of working Bungie.net links. All jokes stop being funny when told enough times. B.U.N.G.L.E. was fresh and funny. In any case, I'm just glad Friday is April 2nd.. I'm still suspicious of Urk ever since that stupid reticle screenshot.
