You'd think : that would be a problem with just that one, but every Spartan figure I've : got has the same issue. Bad luck? The only thing I can think it might be is the rotation of the hip joints (common to even the smaller McFarlane figs). The McFarlane Spartan has two rotational joints at his hip. There's one that's attached to the top of the leg and that attaches to another round joint that connects to the pelvis. If the higher pelvis joints were turned opposite, the Chief would definitely have one leg shorter than the other. Perhaps yours is difficult to turn and you didn't realize it was movable? I think that's the problem. It's not a flaw in design or pieces missing from all the other 12-inch Chiefs I've seen. Hope that helps.
