It was Argos in the UK that sold H3 early as well as some Norwegian store. The Australians broke the street date on Spore. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the street date for every game is broken somewhere in the world, its only occasionally with the really big titles that it gets much publicity in gaming circles. It just happens to be the French this time and stands out a little more because it was by a full month. But who can really be surprised, I'm somewhat baffled at what games are doing being delivered to shops so far before release day. Its just asking for trouble or mistakes. And from the stores point of view, its taking up a lot of storage space for a long time.
