Her last line, regarding her serial number etc., reminds of the scene in 'The Flood' where Keyes just about succumb to the Flood. His psyche becomes so ravaged all he does is repeat his serial number to keep the Flood out.

I wonder if it was a subtle reference, or just being consistent with the process the Flood use when 'hacking' particularly strong intelligences.
