In Response To: Final Moments by Digital Ph33r (Spartan Jag) Atmosphere, camera work, editing, and post effects are all top notch. Unparalleled, really. I'd like to see some varied voice acting. I get that resources are limited, but every voice has a commonality that breaks the fiction for me. I'd also like to see a narrative with more focus on a strong arc. This particular sequence is an extension of a scene taken from Halo and it ultimately serves the same purpose for me - it's a scene out of a larger story. I didn't feel attached to any of the characters and had I watched this with no Halo foreknowledge, I wouldn't have had a clue as to what was going on with the soldiers and would have felt like a good bit of the narrative was missing. There were a lot of great little personal touches at the outset. The banter withing the squad was good.
