Alright, the video failed at a number of things and didn't show stuff, but because time was running out the guy decided it'd be a good idea to just hand out prizes to every single person who was waiting in line but didn't get to ask a question. He ran out of prizes and then ran over to grab the blue bobble head (which, as far as I know, there are only 2 of those things). And then he eventually says "Oh, and we still have this backpack" which we do get to see on camera before Joe lets that last kid ask about whether the Chief has a crush on Linda. And it's not about remembering Serena's name. It was the fact that no one actually knew it. Sad times.
