So I just read the epilogue of Ghosts of Onyx and I'm going to go ahead and toss in my prediction about this new game.
We now know for sure that we are going to be hearing about a new Bungie project soon. If this Halo "Blue" is the real deal then it would make perfect sense for it to be about Blue Team in the Micro-Dyson Sphere. There are 8 Spartans left (Fred, Kelly, Linda, Tom, Lucy, Ash, Olivia, and Mark) which would be a great number for a co-op squad shooter.
The Covenant apparently have access to the sphere via something called a Slipspace field shunt (pg. 371) so there is the enemy to fight... not to mention what they might find already residing there.
In any case it sucks the publisher pulled the plug on the announcement...
