I just reviewed them all, and here is some things about them in case your wondering and don't have the HD space or bandwidth to get them all (or all of them very fast). It is pretty much a good chunk of the first level (what looks to be the full intro included), with a a nice long cutscene too. Some pieces of the first level are left out however, between movies there is obviously a few seconds missing in some places and more in others. BTW: It doesn't show the ending of the level, just (what I presume to be) close to it. It does show two movies with a split screen, although it does show the wide-openess of the levels, they suck action wise. They just walk around. If you looking for the barebones sweet stuff from the nine halo movies, I suggest skipping those. Yes, there is violence (not too bad, but ground splaters etc.). I beleive in clip 4 (by file name, I don't know what GameSpot called that clip) there is also a swear word, if anyone is super sensitive on that issue. The marine says sh*t. (Fill in the blanks) Overall I think this is a pretty sweet preview we are getting. We get the beginning story/setup for the game, and it gives a taste of the action. I fully enjoyed it, although I think it might be better all in one movie. All in all, if you are not so paranoid about hearing just a tad of starting plot, go see these clips! | |
