I'd take such news with a grain of salt when the source is from a site that I've never heard of till now (activewin, that is... I've heard of shacknews before). When MS says the drive size has been changed, then you should feel free to fret over the reasons. But one site that refers to just "Microsoft's Xbox PR Group" confirming something that can easily be used to stir up traffic...

Alternetly, it was originally supposed to be 8Gb, so...
