I assume when you say "...go get one," you're referring to a DD 5.1 setup. Already there my friend...You're looking at, er, reading from an early adopter of DVD technology. Now I'm not talking about one of these bargain basement surround setups either. We're talking about a fully programmable receiver with more IO ports than you can shake a stick at wired with 10 gauge high signal-to-noise ratio cable to the mains. The centre, sub and rears are wired with run-of-the-mill lamp wire (mostly because of the longer runs). The receiver's high-end running into mid-range speakers at all points. In short, movies sound great. :) No need to sell to this home theatre enthusiast. : actually it does a pretty good job making both Joe and Marty sound manly ... : oh...wait...that was the pitch shift :)
