Actually, if computer versions aren't released simultaneously with or near the same time as the Xbox version then it is true that the game currently is only available for and playable on Xbox.

But, that doesn't mean it's not going to be on the PC. Marketing and packaging aren't always accurate. It wouldn't be the first time.
