You'll find the picture in "My own files" under something : like "My Spore creature" (I don't know what it's exactly in : English 'cause the installer forces me a localized, Finnish version of the : demo). You guys wanted it... Here it is.
Not sure if this will work with the trial version because I used the full version to make it, but if you have the full version, check it out. Also, I'm going to be making an unarmored version while playing the actual game. It wouldn't make much sense to have it covered in bone armor when you get to the stage where you actually give your creatures armor. Not sure if you design it yourself though...
