Nice thoughts, but nothing that hasn't been theorized before. Also, with the release of Halo 3, as well as the Beastiarium it is worth noting that the Flood are actually extra-galactic in origin.

Also, when the Gravemind says "child of my enemy" he is referring to the Master Chief, aka "Reclaimer".

Good job coming up with the theories on your own, but do a little bit more research next time.
