The Gravemind is described in the Art of Halo as, “literally built from the bodies of its enemies and its own fallen warriors reassembled into a massive, tentacled, and intelligent entity." So; Bodies = Biomass Biomass = Food and Gravemind = Accumulated Biomass so Gravemind = Accumulated Food and Food -> Is Destroyed by the Array so Gravemind -> Is destroyed by the Array (^ Rofl) It makes sense that the gravemind is killed by the array, but in that case. Where did this new gravemind come from? Is it native to this galaxy? And if so, what biomass did it have to construct itself with. Or did this new gravemind originate from another galaxy?
