In Response To: A lot of the art is like that. (Jordan117) : Just look at the artwork for the stadium at the end of the first issue. The : stadium itself is just a retraced photo of Jacob's Field, Cleveland's : baseball field. Most of the crowd is similarly redrawn. It makes me wonder : why this comic would take so damn long to make, considering that much of : the illustrations are just photos and screenshots put through a : "posterize" filter. : (Of course, if Alex Maleev is repurposing old content, we can't really : knock him that much. He is in good company , after all...) So I'm not the only one who noticed this? I mean, you only have to look at the first issue to see his repurposed Banshee and Pahntom screenshots. They look good, don't get me wrong, I just know he does it.
