It was obvious it faced the middle structure, but I wasn't convinced of its location until I matched the looping wire next to the door. Also in the inside-the-greenhouse picture you can notice a doorway to the left which connects to the brick colored building in this picture. I still can't decide where the second base is, but based on the comment "the open cave spawn used to be the defender base.", I am certain that one is in what I labeled "underground base". Based on where I think the wall is located, I would bet that the other base is directly north and slightly to the right (so that the bases are closer to eachother, but you actually have to take the long way around the wall to reach them).
