First off, if you can't sit for truly just a few seconds while Cortana or Gravemind says something, you may have a problem. I play campaign far more then multiplayer, and I really don't mind pausing for a moment as a character speaks even the 20th time through the level, and most of it adds to character depth and the pacing of the story. It's just like a cinematic, except its 3 freaking seconds long. Bungie- no, no one for that matter, should waste their time adding in a feature to turn off a total of two minutes or something of dialogue in a 9 hour game. Now to my main point, I really don't believe playing it safe and making sure they don't cause anymore problems with a patch, makes Bungie lazy or in anyway a bad game developer. They've made playlist tweaks and updates throughout these months, they've released three new maps, and now they have an autoupdate. They are doing this as they are assuredly working on beginning new projects, and helping on Halo Wars and the Jackson-project. Bungie, you're doing a fine job, in my eyes.
