Since apparently their parent company still owns the : rights to Halo and Halo 2 figures, I wonder if that was part of the reason : why they redesigned the Chief slightly for Halo 3? It's an odd situation, to be sure. I discovered that after trying to check/recheck the series what Halo figures came from. I doubt Bungie would redesign Master Chief just for that reason - I'd blame the military-industrial complex, and the threat of impending death from space for an armor upgrade. ;) Cheers,
