Lol, but it shows progress which is why Im posting it. : Here are the main complaints from the girlfriend and I: Me: Master Chiefs : shoulder piece was somewhat rushed, and it looks messy (Mainly because of : the reflection) But a non critical person would say it adds detail :P I : try to look at it that way. It ALSO has to be lightened a bit more to add : more of a 3D effect...which will be done on the next session. : Aithne (girlfriend): She complains it just doesn't look good. I BEG To : differ...i think it looks incredible. It looks a bit odd without the eyes : as most of recognized but she'd not going to do the eyes until the end. : The only real thing I noticed was her shoulder is a bit to dark in : comparison but other than that it looks awesome. : This picture is slightly old btw. Done last week, after my girlfriend went : home I fixed a bit of the work I had already done so that weird piece : under his shoulder, that indents looks waaay better. I'm afraid the image you've created doesn't tell much of a story. Personally if I wanted to make the MC and Cortana for my wall I'd copy one of the Covenant cut scenes to really portray something. Also I'd like her to be illuminating him to some degree, to give the image more depth. Personally I just don't think Cortana looks good on a featureless background because her transparency is lost and she becomes just a blue chick. Technically it's impressive, design wise it's lacking.
