reminds me of quake rocket/nade jumping/running. same sort of idea, but-
if you run, and toss a nade, and run jump over the nade, you get a boost in speed, and physical distance. if you had maxi health, and did the same thing, plus just before you rocket jumped tossed another nade, you could travel past whole map fulls of enemies. very handy in multiplayer.
i use a similar trik, in halo, when i can get an overshield. the rocket jumps in halo aren't as good, but the double throw nade trik, with overshield, will really send u flying. also great for killing a few enemies, as you fly past all the screamin flyin dead bodies :)
