...but i take it a step farther.

i hate almost all machinema, period. but cutscene music videos hold a special place in my colon. even if i really like the song (which is the case with Simpsons Rule's video), i can never really get into it. especially if the scenes are flip-flopped around to try and tell a story with the song. however well executed a cutscene music video may be (which is the case with this one), i just cant get behind it. not my style, man. and while i'm at it AMVs are horrible also (god im a massive nerd).

but machinema in general sucks a lot too because usually the voice actors suck, and it stinks seeing the same character models do eight different shakespear plays, three cult movies per day, and occasionally some skit from a (semi) famous comic like *barfs* dane cook.

RvB is the exception, beccause the voice actors are pretty good, the sound fidelity is there, and they have MASTERED the art. most others have not.

but alas, sorry for my micro rant, i guess i felt it was time to say it because apparently some people agree with part of what i have to say.

oh BTW i enjoy montages. don't know why, but i like 'em. maybe a music video done to a montage would be awesome- this song would actually work pretty well maybe.
