I can understand what you're saying.
I think we still don't know enough about how co-op works. The scenes in the trailer could be system link co-op.
I did notice that Arby seemed to be slightly behind Cheif. In the bit of the trailer I remember most clearly anyway. In GoW Dom is usually just behind Marcus. Other people might of had different experiences but the only part of GoW that Dom has ruined for me is the only part I just can't do. Raam on Insane mode.
Good point though. Especially on Legendary those Halo 2 marines are a nightmare.
