I feel sorry for the Master Chief.

In Response To: Halo 3 Box Art (Cocopjojo) : Here's a link to Amazon's page, with the large version here . : I haven't seen this particular piece of art before, which makes me think this : is legit. Yeah, that image looks kickass and all, but every time I see a closeup of the Master Chief I think back to the Making Of Vidoc on the Announcement Trailer and the line "he's been through horrific battle." (and Staten's quote "characters in Halo... nothing heroic... [humanity's] back is up against a wall...") I really hate how his gauntlet has been cut like that on the back of his hand. Makes me think something really messed up his armor that he had to make do and cut his armor in the battlefield in order to restore some functionality. Then you have the cut down version of the Assault Rifle. It makes you think that humanity doesn't have the resources to maintain the MA5B rifle and similar weapons (shotgun, pistol, ect) anymore (should this have been a pre-Halo 2 arguement?)
