In Response To: Re: Clarification (100 days) (Wraith7n) : Yeah I had always heard of contracts being a year. That's why the 100 days : seemed odd. The size and frequency of the break actually varies state to state, division to division. The games division is required to take the 100 days every 9 months, but other divisions are allowed to go a year before having to take it and might take less time. It's all overly complicated and makes you wonder why they even fool with this stuff, but it's just the way of things. I'd rather be working, obviously, but I'll take 9 months on and 100 days off with Bungie over any other full-time job in the world. Thanks for the positive feedback in this thread, by the way.
