Doesn't look like Cody's style. There would have been more SMGs, and the editing was very different than what he normally does, I think. Also, a while ago, he mentioned that he wouldn't even be able to do something like Legend, as he didn't think out of the box enough, in response to a post by Ducain. Other than that, Cody doesn't talk much about Mike.

I also wouldn't say this was Mike. Mike would have gone a little more over the top with the video (remember those "Holy Jesus!" moments in L2?), he also would have added a little bonus ending I think, moreover, his tactics are different than I'd expect from him.

Also, this is clearly a tribute and emulation, not a duplication or sequel, as it would be had Mike Miller done it.

Who do I think? Is it a coincidence that Postman comes back the same day this movie is released?

But on a more serious note, this is clearly a person who posts often. I think it's GreyThor. He's clearly got a capture card, and a quick forum post search reveals that he holds Mike Miller in very high regard, and has mentioned that In Too Deep is his all time favorite movie. I would bet money on it.
That's assuming GreyThor and Gre'Thor117 are the same guy.
