Funny that we talked about this during the LAN. When we first started going these things way back in 2001 we were efficient bastards. Game, game, game, eat, game, game, game, eat, game, game, game.

In sharp contrast now a great deal of time is spent socializing. There could be several reasons but it is nice to see a progression of behavior happening. 5 years from now we could just be getting together to hang out. Playing Halo is less and less of reason for having LANs. Halo is more like the excuse for a bunch of us to get together and socialize.

Wow, now that I look at it, this LAN was almost like a 5 year anniversery party.
