Actually, yes, that is correct. Both MC and Elite in MP have "First Person" models that you see (hands/forearms) and the actual model that the other players see in game. However, all the other characters do NOT have FP perspective equivalents (as they were never intended to be FP anyways) and thus, all you see are the good ol' 'dice' of MC's hands (or elites hands).

Even using Cortana as a (barely) playable model, in FP she "appears" to have MC arms lol.
(ON a tangent, I cant help but wonder if shes going to get her own Spartan 'shell' in 3. :0_
