A normal councilor helmet on a MP elite does not change color. Thats the one I'm talking about. It only has the front part, while the Councillor's helmet has two more frills behind that one. I just loaded up Halo to check to see if I'm just crazy. Nope. It only has one section. So, is it geometry, or a lack of texture that causes it? :P
