In Response To: New advice on the spiral path megabattle (rockslider) : After my recent site update on the spiral path megabattle, I had cause to go : back to basics, and realized a lot of useful new stuff in regard to : setting things up. You can read a rundown of what's new on a special page : (see link), but here are the two most important bits. : There's a new 'refined routine' for setting up the battle with the maximum : enemy count. It's quite an improvement on the old advice. On Legendary you : can get 59 enemies, on Heroic 52, and on Normal or Easy 49. : There's a handy new way of setting up blockades without needing to do the : 'descent trick' at the first bridge. It makes blockade fun more accessible : and immediate, so if you've never tried it before, now's the time! : Coming next at Bad Cyborg, the return of 'Frontline with Suzie'. I've use your tips for the spiral path megabattle all the time, although I seem to get 50 players on Legendary with the PC version. I use Halo Map Tools to swap out the normal elites in the map to the black special ops elites because they drop up to 5 plasma grenades when they die. I use the Sheeps Trainer to give me unlimited ammo and health. I tweak the Neddler to shoot 7 needles per shot and the resulting explosion are spectacular. Dropping a few spec ops elites with up to 10 plasma grenades on the ground and then countering with the Needler will usually wipe out all the enemies in the area with a nuke like explosion. Lots of fun. Keep up the good work.
