Even in Halo 1, there are many body parts for the Elites, and despite them being blue or red, they can randomly have one of two head styles, one of two arm/body styles, and one of two legs styles. Randomly generated. The Elites' heads in Halo 2 and the helmets are separate instead of one part like the first game.
