In Response To: Edgen Halo Song #5: Halo: The Spartans ([AMS] GreyThor) : Justin R. Durban, aka "Edgen" as he calls himself, is no stranger : to the Halo community, I bet. He has released four fan made tribute songs : to Bungie's Halo and Halo 2 cames, and has done the music for several : games and a Halo mod, The Homefront. Halo was the game that introduced me : to music, and HBO provided me a link to Edgen's work that provided an : outlet for relaxation in my life, when I was a freshman in highschool. : Since that time, I've been in contact with Edgen and his work for several : years now, and have been a critic of his work, offering my input when : needed, and also have been a member of his own website's forum, All Media : Studios. If someone has an Edgen question, ya might as well ask me. :) : Well, Edgen is certainly no stranger to the Halo community. It brings me : pleasure to announce to you all his latest Halo fan song, called Halo: The : Spartans. He PM'ed me through his own forum early this morning (around 5 : AM) about his "lil" tune of his. I'm going to include a little : bit of the message he sent me, along with a link. : "I wanted to create something that you would most likely hear in the : score to the live action HALO movie. This song is really powerful, in : its range of different movements, its length, its strength. This is a : strong song. I hope you all get a kick out of this song as I have.
