The MPRRS reviewers cannot see your description of the video, that is for the HBO Admin when/if it is posted. The reason that this is not presented for their viewing is very simple. If they cannot figure out the video without a pre-story, then that needs to be fixed. It is often very hard to attach a paragraph to a video when that file travels around the world. If it is necessary, PUT IT IN THE VIDEO!
