i've finished downloading the farewell vid.

good sweet merciful crap!

very well done. well timed, great music (i'm a sucker for the pirate theme), fun gameplay. the only thing that could've used a bit of work is the video quality (it was fine, but i wish it was better just because it would be absolutely gorgeous. i have a feeling you're probably limited by the capture method, so i'm not gonna fault you). the widescreen bars at the top and bottom were a bit offputting, but only mildly so.

yeah, all in all this is one of the best montages ive seen in recent months. a fantastic parting effort, and a great show of talent for aspiring moviemakers to aspire to.
