I hate it when you're targeting a corner that you know the enemy is about to come around.. The instant the enemy comes around it, your aim is actually pushed AHEAD of them and doesn't go red. (try it without shooting, you'll see what I mean) If the "auto aim" had left you alone, your reticle would have been lined-up for a clean headshot. It's more like an "auto UNaim". Rarely has it helped much, except when dealling with a jumping player, but since you usually try to correct the angle manually, the autoaim can throw you off anyways unless you remember to let it aim for you. Worse yet, sometimes you adjust your aim to shoot at a player just as they jump. The auto-aim doesn't make your gun climb if you're adjusting your aim, so if you time/aim the shot for a headshot as soon as they land, the "auto unaim" shoves your aim into the ground below them as they come down. Why does it "push ahead" like that? | |
