I found that one on Outskirts after going through the Hotel Zanzibar where you encounter the Elites down the long hallway. I got that snippet by meleeing the Grunt. This was done on Legendary using the permanent active camo trick using the Envy skull. It helps to kill all the Marines before entering the long hallway and the ones that deliver the Warthog, otherwise the Marines may kill the Grunts.
