I read on stomped.net that Halo is doing another engine rework and will utilize several key employees from the Tribes2 team. According to the article several weapons will be ported over including the plasma gun and the stunner. Also the tactical base deployment vehicle the "Jericho" is supposed to somehow be incorporated. The new engine will utilize the backbone of the tribes2 engine and will feature some enhanced graphics addons that come for the current build of Halo. | |
