If you cant see it, look : at halo480 movie, and when the 2 covs are shaking their heads outside the : fort, look in the top right hand corner. Ive noticed this for AGES!!! Are you sure he's referring to the little dots? I think those may have been cameras. Near the end, if you watch, you see one following the Cov. flyer, and then the camera switches to follow the flyer. If you watch closely, you notice the distances are just about right. I can't remember any other specific times this happens, but i seem to rerecall there are some. Of course, they could be "alive" and the script just jumps to their POV... And i've noticed this for ages too. =)
