Actually, it was "Man Getting Hit By Football," a short film in which a football entered, hit the stationary George C Scott in the groin, and he fell over, screaming, "AARGH! MY GROIN!" The heart rending pathos of that one scene earned Scott an Oscar, although Scott was later disgraced when some critics noted that the acclaimed film was actually a shameless verbatim plagiarism of an identical film by unknown Hans Moleman. Hans never got the recognition he deserved before he died. He was run over by a pastry truck one week before the academy decided to reverse the decision and give the award to him.
