You actually recorded significantly more than a sixth of the first game's dialogue, I think; we just didn't include them all.

In that game, if a line was spoken by 4 different marines, it counted 4 times; we posted it only once. You recorded MANY clips that we never posted because another marine had already said the same thing.

So the '5000' number is probably between 1000 and 2000, if you're going for unique text... and the DB contains 1200 snippets, with just under 1000 of them being yours.

That doesn't change the fact that you probably won't ever get to the end of Halo 2 dialogue... but I didn't want you playing down your contribution TOO much. :)
