: Im gonna add in some important info as well

: 1. The IWHBYD skull is on outskirts on Legendary. In case you dont know where
: the room is, the room is located in the area after sniper alley but before
: getting to hotel zanzibar. The room can be accsesed by a number of means,
: roof hoping, grenade jumping, etc. The room has a poster of a skull, the
: numbers 1 and 7 and a bunch of ammo in it.

: 2. If you get the skull to spawn, DO NOT save and quit unless you get another
: checkpoint after ithas spawned. Otherwise, it wont be there whne you go
: back.

: 3. If you die durring the IWHBYD fight, kill yourself 5 to 6 times and you
: should be pushed back an extra checkpoint and the skull should respawn.

: 4. If your lucky and youll want this to alwys be able to get the effects,
: durring the IWHBYD fight, youll get a checkpoint. If you do, your in
: business. With that checkpoint, you can go back to the fight anytime you
: want and activate the skull as many times as needed. Tho keep in mind, as
: soon as you activate the skull, Save and quit so you dont accidently
: activate another checkpoint and lose the IWHBYD save.

: 5. And finaly, read the info in the link above and you should be on your way
: to getting the IWHBYD skull save and hearing the marines new diolaugue. Oh
: also note that the effects go away once you turn off your Xbox.

: Now for Sgt. Jones. As I stated in my post, hes the black seargent, NOT
: seargent jhonson, but the other black seargent. Hes the one you meet up
: with on metropolis when the scarab is attacking. He says "When I
: asked for reinforcments, I didnt think theyd send a spartan" he can
: be found as a regular marine in some levels. He is found in Cairo station,
: metropolis, Delta Halo, and I think regret.

: There was hardly any noise when I heard him say this. It was on delta HALO
: where you have to abandon the tank and go on foot. Its were those shield
: generators are set up and people have done some tank launching with them.
: I killed the enimies in the area and then made them speak by looking at
: him. The sgt was dropped off by the pelican that comes by. Altho in this
: level, the marines that get dropped off are random. You may get him you
: may not. I know he is always at this one area on cairo station shortly
: after the first fight with the grunts and elites.

I have gotten the IWHBYD skull before, it's been a while so it shouldn't be too hard. I didn't know that the Ornaldo Jones marine was called Sgt Jones.

I've been pretty successful with getting the dialogue in the past, this shouldn't be too difficult?
