In Response To: The Halo 2 MLG Video... Any Questions? (mrsmiley) Can you damage vehicles by meleeing them? Was the glass breaking in sections cool/useful? They say anything about the plasma pistol? Is it hard to have to hit the B button to do repeated melees with the sword? If you could, would you switch the two controls? How different was controlling the Ghost from the first Halo? More floaty? Tighter? Turn faster/slower? Will there be a way to set it so the defending team is always Elites, or is it based solely on profiles, or what? Did having so many icons get confusing? Do you know if the blue guy right around 1:35 just jumped up there? Did the needler feel like a completely different weapon? I think I noticed someone reload in the Warthog passenger seat. Any word on how that works? I dunno about you (and yes, I realize that all of this can and probably has changed) but the way he hold the BR sure distracted me. It seemed like the SMG reloaded MUCH faster when not dual wielding, was this the case or am I seeing things? It seemed like you could only get one capture per round, any word on whether or not this is an option, so you could see how many you could get in the time limit. Also, it seems like the team who starts on offensive would have an advantage. They cap the flag, the other team caps, they cap, the other team caps, they cap, they win. Any word on how they'll balance this? I noticed you threw down your second weapon when manning the turret, the same for other vehicles? Rocket spawn kill. :( Would you say the SMG has a better effective range than the AR? About the PR/SMG thing someone else asked. I think he was referring to 8:30, and I'm not sure that's what you were explaining. Is it weird having to HOLD X to enter vehicles, instead of pressing? It kinda seemed like it was hard to see your own sniper trails... Sorry for all the questions, I realize you probably can't answer all (or even most) of them. Thanks for the vid and anything you do answer though. :)
