I don't understand....

In Response To: Randy's Visit to GB Forums (STB) why the community is giving him such a hard time! So far, I think CE's great. Sure, it could use some improvements, but are we really in a position to demand them? The team worked their asses of for a product that was given away for free. On the other hand, I haven't been to the GB forums in a while, and I don't fully understand the situation. What's this fix that will make or break CE?
