Consider it okayed :)

We're mainly trying to discourage someone from starting a giant archive of every bitmap in the game. Think of it the same way as the dialog archive: Yes, it's copyrighted, and no, we really have no defensible right to post it to the net, but there's lots of cool hidden stuff in there and the fraction of the game content and potential damage to the value of the franchise is minimal. Posting *one* bitmap to the forum is just fine, especially if it has something no one's ever seen before in it.

(Of course, if another admin or Bungie overrules me, it will be taken down.)
