Bungie to license HALO engine (and ONI engine)

I just bought the new issue of Computer Games Magazine, and there is an article titled "Tune in Next Week" on page 22. It talks about how a number of companies are planning on creating "installment" games, where you pay 5 bucks for each episode, which is a small game, which is part of the greater game, which never ends. Anyways, here's the quote...
"...Perkins is currently in talks with Bungie to license the ONI and HALO engines..."
