PowerPlay is...uh....erm....

Heh, not quite sure, but I think its something like a gaming ISP, using new protocols and etc. Created by Cisco and Valve. It seems that games work better too if they support PowerPlay too. Powerplay is solely on trying to get the best ping for your gaming needs.

TONS of companies are doing it, like Black Isle. Studios, Valve, and Dynamix, just to name a few.
