In Response To: Halo marine with helmet off? (Narcogen) No, I just had a look...looks exactly like the helmet should from that angle. And if he does have it off, why is only the front part off and not the part on the back of his head? Those helmets don't look like they split in half at will and if they did, that would make for less protection for the recon trooper. This is because making the helmets so they can be taken off by splitting them in half would reduce the overall structural integrity of the helmet. Also keep in mind that while Bungie said the ring is habitable, they did not say by whom. That atmosphere may only be friendly to the Covenants, which would explain why the Human recon troopers are wearing full body armor and the Covenants are not. | |
