(Claude Errera) Yeah, you're correct about that whole console devolopment thing, except for the fact that Bungie themselves said that they didn't even have an xbox to develope the game on for most of the time they worked on Halo... Even IF Halo were designed with only the XBox in mind, a PC port would not be that hard to do especially because of the similarities between the XBox hardware and PC hardware, let alone DX8.
