The hardest part of this level for me was the section that is accessed via the underwater grotto. There were quite a few points where you were fighting with your head just above water, and sometimes going under; the uneveness of the underwater terrain made it a bit challenging to strafe well.
I agree with Mark that on TC, punching Flick'ta requires more patience than skill, but it IS possible to end up at full nearly/full oxygen after completing the level by economic use of oxygen. (Only take oxygen when you're low.)
