The man on those terminals doesn't have to be the real Robert Blake. On the exit terminal on This Side Toward Enenmy the supposed Robert Blake is sitting conformtably in his chair with a smile on his face, like waiting for the cyborg to do the job, just like Durandal.
Ha! Even that figure doesn't have to be Blake's figure, because the cyborg doesn't know him. AFAIK it could be the reanimation of the cyborg's own image before he was killed and converted into a battleroid. I don't think the UESC botter to give him the same face, asuming it was desfigured (giving the cyborg a new face also prevent him remembering his past.)
